Development and Building Permits
The RM of Great Bend requires permits for any new development, construction or to demolish / remove a current building. Forms available online or at the RM office.
Building Permits ensure compliance with the National Building Code and are governed by the RM of Great Bend No. 405 Bylaws 06-2014 and 07-2014.
Permit application forms are available on line or at the RM Office. Permits will not be issued until all fees are paid.
